The two singers professed to be fans of each other\u2019s work before Smith recruited Normani for the single.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t want to be alone tonight\/It\u2019s pretty clear that I\u2019m not over you\/I\u2019m still thinking \u2018bout the things you do\/So I don\u2019t want to be alone tonight,\u201d Smith sings on the track. \u201cCan you light the fire\/I need somebody who can take control\/I know exactly what I need to do\/Cos I don\u2019t want to be alone tonight.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Normani appears midway through the pop song to give Smith a dance and duet partner.
