Kelly<\/a> pleaded not guilty Monday morning to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/r-kelly-charged-aggravated-criminal-sexual-abuse-chicago-798957\/\">all 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse<\/a> the singer is facing.<\/p>\n<p>At a hearing at a Chicago courthouse, Judge Lawrence Flood was assigned the Kelly case; over the weekend, following Kelly\u2019s arrest, there was speculation that Judge Vincent Gaughan, who presided over the singer\u2019s 2008 trial, would again oversee the latest charges against Kelly.<\/p>\n<p>Kelly, wearing an orange jumpsuit after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/r-kelly-jail-bond-799456\/\">spending three nights in a Cook County prison<\/a>, was then arraigned on the 10 counts in four separate indictments \u2013 one for each victim, three of whom were allegedly underage at the time of the incidents \u2013 with the singer\u2019s lawyer pleading not guilty on all counts on behalf of the singer.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Flood kept Kelly\u2019s bail at $1 million, with $100,000 needed in order to bond out; the judge also clarified that the singer\u2019s outstanding child support payments of more than $160,000 would not need to be paid in order for release. Kelly\u2019s next hearing is set for March 22nd. Before that, Kelly will be back in court March 6th for a hearing related to the child support payments.<\/p>\n<p>It remains unclear when Kelly will bond out. Over the weekend, his lawyer Steven Greenberg said Kelly\u2019s finances were a \u201cmess\u201d due to the loss of tour dates and his record contract.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to Kelly\u2019s arraignment Monday, lawyer Michael Avenatti, who provided authorities with a previously unseen sex tape allegedly showing Kelly with an underage girl, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MichaelAvenatti\/status\/1100002734219108353\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">announced on Twitter<\/a> that he was possession of a second tape with the same female, initialed \u201cR.L.\u201d in the prosecution\u2019s charges.
