The newly reunited<\/a> Jonas Brothers<\/a> are the subject of an upcoming Amazon Studios documentary. The as-yet-untitled project, produced in partnership with Philymack and Federal Films, will offer a behind-the-scenes look at the band as they prep for an upcoming tour, Variety<\/em><\/a> reports.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOur fans are the best in the world and have shared in our journey as the Jonas Brothers<\/a> and us as individuals,\u201d the Jonas Brothers said in a statement. \u201cIn releasing this documentary, we wanted to make sure we partnered with an innovative platform, like Amazon, that could reach our fans around the world.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Additional details about the film, including its release date, will be announced later. <\/span><\/p>\n

The brothers \u2014 Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas \u2014 confirmed their reunion in late February, detailing a busy 2019 schedule that includes a weeklong takeover of The Late Late Show With James Corden<\/em>; the stint, which airs between Monday, March 4th and Thursday, March 7th, includes interviews, sketches, songs and a \u201cCarpool Karaoke\u201d segment.<\/span><\/p>\n

The pop group followed the announcement with \u201cSucker,\u201d<\/a> their first single in six years. The track follows their 2013 live LP, Live<\/em>, and stand-alone singles \u201cFirst Time\u201d and \u201cPom Poms.\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/a> They\u2019ve yet to specify whether \u201cSucker\u201d will appear on an album, which would follow their fourth studio release, 2009\u2019s Lines, Vines and Trying Times<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jonas Brothers announced their break-up<\/strong><\/span><\/a> in October 2013, two days before a scheduled tour, with a spokesperson blaming a \u201cdeep rift\u201d among the members and a \u201cbig disagreement over their music direction.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
