Two women who have been living with R. Kelly<\/a> as the singer battles felony sex abuse charges<\/a> defended their relationship with the singer in a new interview with CBS This Morning<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Azriel Clary and Joycelyn Savage both asserted to Gayle King that they were in love with Kelly and dismissed the concerns of their parents, with Clary even alleging that her parents tried to persuade her to film a sexual encounter with R. Kelly when she was underage.<\/p>\n

\u201cOkay, so when I first met Robert, my parents told me to lie about my age,\u201d Clary said. \u201cSo when I met him, he thought that I was 18. On top of that, when I was 17, my parents were actually making me, trying to get me to take photos with him, take sexual videos with him, all kinds of stuff\u2026 [A]nd they said, because if they ever have to blackmail him, what they\u2019re trying to do now, they can use it against him, which is exactly what they\u2019re doing.\u201d<\/p>\n

Savage similarly accused her parents of trying to extort her and R. Kelly, claiming, \u201cThey said, \u2018Oh, I\u2019ll put all your naked pictures all over the world. I\u2019m going to ruin you, I\u2019m going to ruin him. If he doesn\u2019t send $20,000 to this bank account by Monday, oh, I\u2019m gonna put everything out there, and then $10,000 after that.\u2019 You\u2019re trying to solicit me like I\u2019m some fucking ho. I\u2019m not, I\u2019m your child.\u201d<\/p>\n
