French Montana<\/a> mixes the macabre and the stylish with his video for new single \u201cSlide,\u201d featuring Blueface and Tjay. The clip, which Montana directed with Spiff TV, finds the rappers hanging out in a warehouse filled with colorful fog, hydraulic-lifted cars and dancers decked out in vintage suits and psychedelic skull masks inspired by Mexico\u2019s Day of the Dead holiday.<\/p>\n

The song \u2014 which hinges on a looped synth pattern, heavy auto-tune and a left-field sample from Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg\u2019s 1992 classic \u201cNuthin\u2019 But a \u2018G\u2019 Thang\u201d \u2014 is out now as an official single. French Montana debuted the track Tuesday with a cameo performance on NCIS: New Orleans<\/em>.<\/p>\n

According to a press release, French Montana is preparing to release his \u201cnew album soon.\u201d He\u2019s yet to detail that LP \u2014 which would follow 2017\u2019s Jungle Rules<\/em><\/a> \u2014 but he did issue several singles in 2018: \u201cJuice,\u201d \u201cNervous\u201d<\/a> and \u201cNo Stylist\u201d<\/a> (featuring Drake), along with guest spots on Liam Payne\u2019s \u201cFirst Time\u201d<\/a> and the all-star track \u201cWelcome to the Party\u201d (with Diplo, Lil Pump and Zhavia Ward). He also recently joined Jennifer Lopez for her single \u201cMedicine.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n
