The new blink-182<\/strong> album might have been delayed, but it sounds like it’s for a good reason. <\/p>\n

Speaking to Alt 98.7<\/a> earlier today, Mark Hoppus shared that the reason the album has been delayed is due to the fact that they just can’t stop writing more great songs.<\/p>\n

“We keep writing more and more songs and the songs keep getting better and better,”<\/em> Mark shared. “Originally I thought we were going to have an album out in June, but we keep adding more songs – so probably later on in the summer.”<\/em><\/p>\n

But we won’t be waiting until then to hear new Blink music, with the frontman sharing “Before we leave for tour there are at least two songs coming out – and as more songs get released, we\u2019ll probably incorporate those into the set.”<\/em><\/p>\n

For those playing at home, the tour kicks off on June 27 in Columbus, Ohio. Which means that we’re getting at least two new Blink songs in the next two weeks.<\/p>\n
