Shaun Silva directed the project, which includes band interviews and footage from the Southern rock act\u2019s 2018 show at TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville, Florida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fathom Events will bring the event to theaters across the U.S. at 7 p.m. local time. Tickets will be available starting Friday, October 4th at the company\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fathomevents.com\/events\/lynyrd-skynyrd?utm_source=fathom&amp;utm_medium=press+releases&amp;utm_campaign=lynyrd+skynyrd\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">website<\/a> and participating box offices. (A full list of screening locations will be available the same day.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cWe can\u2019t wait to share this amazing night and performance with the Skynyrd Nation, especially those that weren\u2019t able to be there that evening,\u201d Lynyrd Skynyrd guitarist-founder Gary Rossington said in a statement. \u201cThe energy, passion and reaction to the music and band was something we will never forget.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The film chronicles the band\u2019s show on September 2nd, 2018, months into the North American leg of their \u201cLast of the Street Survivors Farewell Tour.\u201d Though they initially billed that gig as the jaunt\u2019s final stop, they\u2019ve since <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/lynyrd-skynyrd-farewell-tour-dates-789526\/\">extended the trek<\/a> through fall 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The band recently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-country\/lynyrd-skynyrd-postpone-tour-dates-gary-rossington-heart-surgery-871262\/\">postponed two shows<\/a> to accommodate Rossington\u2019s recovery from a heart procedure.
