{"id":490576,"date":"2019-09-26T11:06:12","date_gmt":"2019-09-26T17:06:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/?p=890947"},"modified":"2019-09-26T11:06:12","modified_gmt":"2019-09-26T17:06:12","slug":"the-beatles-unveil-dreamy-here-comes-the-sun-video","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alwaysmountaintime.com\/kqzr\/music-news\/the-beatles-unveil-dreamy-here-comes-the-sun-video\/","title":{"rendered":"The Beatles Unveil Dreamy \u2018Here Comes the Sun\u2019 Video"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Beatles-1.jpg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted\"><\/div>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/beatles\/\" id=\"auto-tag_beatles\" data-tag=\"beatles\">Beatles<\/a> have dropped a heart-rendering new video for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/george-harrison\/\" id=\"auto-tag_george-harrison\" data-tag=\"george-harrison\">George Harrison<\/a>-penned \u201cHere Comes the Sun.\u201d The release is timed with the anniversary of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/abbey-road\/\" id=\"auto-tag_abbey-road\" data-tag=\"abbey-road\">Abbey Road<\/a>, which turned 50 on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p><em>Directed by Trunk Animation\u2019s Alasdair Brotherston and Jock Mooney, the clip features vintage photos of the group floating throughout Abbey Road Studios\u2019 Studio Two, where they cut the iconic album. Photographed by Linda McCartney, the images fly past instruments, rising up above Ringo Starr\u2019s drum kit to form a gigantic, golden sun.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The clip shifts to animation of the Fab Four\u2019s feet crossing the famous road, with a white bird watching over them. It concludes with footage of the band\u2019s final photo session on May 4th, 1969, nearly a year before they announced their breakup in 1970. The group stands <span>in England\u2019s Tittenhurst Park surrounded by wildflowers, on the same grounds as John Lennon and Yoko Ono\u2019s home Berkshire.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The video features the 2019 stereo mix of \u201cHere Comes the Sun\u201d from the <em>Abbey Road<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/usastore.thebeatles.com\/store\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">50th anniversary reissue<\/a>, out September 27th. It was remixed by producer Giles Martin \u2014 son of the esteemed Beatles producer George Martin \u2014 and engineer Sam Okell. It consists of a remix of all 17 tracks as well as&nbsp;23 intimate session recordings and demos.
