Zedd<\/a> and Kehlani<\/a> have teamed up for the first time on new song \u201cGood Thing.\u201d The pair began teasing the collaboration this week, with hints about its empowering themes. \u201cI\u2019m good by myself,\u201d Zedd tweeted<\/a> along with a photo of him playing a piano. \u201cDon\u2019t need no one else @Zedd,\u201d Kehlani tweeted<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Their teasers turned out to be snippets from the lyrics, which encourage self-love, embracing the single life and being confident in knowing you don\u2019t need someone else to be fulfilled. \u201cI already got a good thing with me\/Yeah, I already got everything I need\/The best things in life are already mine,\u201d Kehlani assuredly sings over the bouncy melody. \u201cDon\u2019t tell me that you got a good thing for me\/\u2019Cause I already got a good thing with me\/Yeah, I\u2019ve already done everything I dreamed\/I\u2019m good by myself, don\u2019t need no one else\/Don\u2019t tell me that you got a good thing for me, \u2019cause I already got a good thing.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cGood Thing\u201d follows the release of the Zedd-produced Katy Perry single, \u201cNever Really Over<\/a>\u201d and Perry and Zedd\u2019s \u201c365<\/a>\u201d collaboration. Zedd is in the midst of his Orbit World Tour, which wraps next month.
