The rapper was arrested by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solanocounty.com\/depts\/sheriff\/default.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Solano County Sheriff\u2019s Office<\/a> on September 21st on the murder charge, the Sheriff\u2019s department confirmed to <em>Rolling Stone<\/em>. He is currently being held at the Stanton Correctional Facility. Bail hasn\u2019t been set and no information on a court date is available at this time.<\/p>\n<p>Harris rose to prominence as a member of the Vallejo rap quartet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-album-reviews\/sob-x-rbe-hit-boys-family-not-a-group-824004\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SOB x RBE<\/a>. During their ascent, the Bay area group was known for frenetic, sparse, and familial songs like \u201cAnti\u201d and \u201cAlways.\u201d \u201cParamedic!,\u201d their Kendrick Lamar collaboration on the <em>Black Panther<\/em> soundtrack, signaled that the group was marching toward more mainstream recognition, but frequent break-up rumors and solo deals hampered the group. Ultimately, Lul G <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-features\/def-jam-undisputed-hip-hop-rap-camp-803652\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">signed to Def Jam<\/a> as part of a recent initiative by the label to invest in new talent.<\/p>\n<p>Lul G has allegedly been on probation since he was 17-years-old, following armed robbery and gun charges. \u201cThey\u2019ve been making it difficult,\u201d Lul G said in&nbsp;a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thefader.com\/2018\/05\/21\/sob-x-rbe-cover-story-daboii-yhung-to-lul-g-slimmy-b\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><em>Fader<\/em><\/a> cover story. \u201cLike, it\u2019ll be big opportunity that none of us will probably ever see again in our lives and they\u2019ll just tell me, \u2018No.\u2019 Straight up.
