Dan + Shay<\/a> have joined forces with Justin Bieber<\/a> for their new single \u201c10,000 Hours,\u201d the first song off the duo\u2019s next album. The upbeat, acoustic track was written by Dan + Shay\u2019s Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney with Bieber, Jordan Reynolds, Jessie Jo Dillon and Jason \u201cPoo Bear\u201d Boyd, and produced by Smyers.<\/p>\n

The musicians hyped the track on social media ahead of its release, with Bieber calling the track \u201cwedding music\u201d on Twitter. Bieber, Mooney and Smyers have been friends for several years, with Dan + Shay attending Bieber\u2019s wedding to Hailey Baldwin last week.<\/p>\n

Dan + Shay have dropped several singles so far this year, including \u201cTequila,\u201d \u201cSpeechless\u201d<\/a> and \u201cAll to Myself,\u201d while Bieber recently teamed up with Ed Sheeran for \u201cI Don\u2019t Care.\u201d \u201c10,000 Hours\u201d will appear on the follow-up to Dan + Shay\u2019s 2018 self-titled album<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Earlier this year, the duo cleaned up<\/a> at the 54th ACM Awards, taking home Single of the Year for \u201cTequila\u201d and Duo of the Year. Smyers also won a Song of the Year trophy as one of the writers on \u201cTequila.\u201d They recently wrapped a tour with Florida Georgia Line and made a surprise appearance last month at a stop on the Jonas Brothers<\/a>\u2019 tour to perform \u201cTequila\u201d<\/a> for an audience in Nashville.<\/p>\n
