For the past half-decade, there has been an explosion of male musicians realizing that marriage wouldn\u2019t kill them<\/a>; Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake, Kanye West, and Offset have spent much of the 2010s sharing seemingly every peak and valley of their marriages.<\/span> Now, Justin Bieber<\/a>, riding high off his marriage to Hailey Baldwin, may be letting wedded bliss creatively steer the ship on his next album.<\/p>\n

On Instagram Stories, Biebervelli shared a clip of him interpolating 50 Cent\u2019s 2003 hit, \u201cMany Men (Wish Death).\u201d<\/a> \u201cMany Men\u201d isn\u2019t a song about loving one\u2019s spouse, but instead a song about the aforementioned \u201cmany men\u201d wishing death upon 50 Cent<\/a>. In that way, Bieber flipping the gritty early-aughts classic into a meditation on marriage and Christianity, could be either peak performance art or a snapshot of an insanely wealthy pop star having too much free time on his hands. Nevertheless, Biebs absolutely murders the verse. Below is a rough transcript of his godly flow.<\/p>\n

Hearing Bieber say \u201cno cap\u201d right after admitting he\u2019s living that gluten-free lifestyle on a song influenced by one of the most imposing rappers of the 2000s is everything the consolidation of pop should be (if we\u2019re going to be ruled by said consolidation anyway). From there, Justin tweaks the lyrics of \u201cMany Men\u2019s\u201d iconic hook, but keeps the indelible melody that first launched 50 Cent into the pre-streaming stratosphere. It\u2019s important to note that this song will likely never see the light of day. \u201cNot album stuff just messing around while Hailey\u2019s doing something video stuff in the otter room,\u201d Justin wrote on IG. \u201cIt is tight though MANY MEN.\u201d<\/p>\n

Biebs is right. His remix of \u201cMany Men\u201d is indeed \u201ctight.\u201d<\/p>\n
