Their cover is featured in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=SBK5Z_N_4TE\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">the trailer<\/a> for the upcoming film&nbsp;<em>The Rhythm Section<\/em>, directed by Reed Morano and starring Blake Lively and Jude Law.<\/p>\n<p>The song, also known as \u201cIn the Pines\u201d or \u201cMy Girl,\u201d has been covered by numerous rock artists over the years, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=CISzg6yi8YE\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">most famously<\/a> by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/kurt-cobain\/\">Kurt Cobain<\/a> during <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/nirvana\/\">Nirvana\u2019s<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-features\/unplugged-nirvana-cobain-sweater-900672\/\"><em>MTV Unplugged<\/em><\/a> session in 1993. Sleigh Bells bring their noise-rock maximalist approach to the track, injecting it with guitar screeches, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/led-zeppelin\/\">Led Zeppelin<\/a>-esque reverbing drums and howling vocals from lead vocalist Alexis Krauss.<\/p>\n<p>On their collaboration with Reed Morano and&nbsp;<em>The Rhythm Section<\/em>, the band said in a statement: \u201cWe first met Reed Morano in 2013 when she acted as cinematographer for our \u2018Bitter Rivals\u2019 video. Not only was she a stellar DP but she was exceptionally kind, funny, creative, smart and humble.
