As Jughead practices his drumming, Lewis walks up to the gang and says, \u201cNice song.\u201d The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/riverdale\/\" id=\"auto-tag_riverdale\" data-tag=\"riverdale\">Riverdale<\/a> teens proceed to fawn over her, calling Lewis \u201cthe fashion idol of my youth,\u201d \u201csongstress of our collective feelings\u201d and \u201call-around babe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was just strolling by, wanted to wish you good luck,\u201d Lewis says. As she strolls away to meet the rest of her band, she muses, \u201cRiverdale\u2026I could probably live here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-904695\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/JTP05-16.jpg\" alt width=\"397\" height=\"602\"><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-904697\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/JTP05-17.jpg\" alt width=\"352\" height=\"534\"><\/p>\n<p>Archie Comics co-president Alex Segura said of Lewis\u2019 cameo appearance: \u201cArchie\u2019s always been about blending real world music acts and our amazing characters, so when Sina [Grace, comics script writer] mentioned he might be able to get Jenny Lewis to cameo in <em>Jughead\u2019s Time Police<\/em> \u2014 well, we didn\u2019t hesitate! Not only am I a huge fan, it just made sense \u2014 and was fun! Which is kind of the point? I\u2019m just jealous I didn\u2019t get to do it myself.
