Four Tet<\/a> has released a new single, \u201cBaby,\u201d which features vocals from Ellie Goulding<\/a>. The song comes off Four Tet\u2019s upcoming album Sixteen Oceans<\/em>, which will be released in March. The ambient number sees Goulding\u2019s voice chopped up and distorted over a heavy beat.<\/p>\n

Four Tet announced the release<\/a> of his latest album on Instagram earlier this week, posting a photo of a sticky note outlining the tracklist with the caption \u201cThe new album is done.\u201d The album marks a follow-up to 2017\u2019s New Energy<\/em><\/a>, as well as two live LPs and three-track record Anna Painting<\/em>, which came out last summer. Sixteen Oceans<\/em> features 16 songs, including previously released number \u201cTeenage Birdsong.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

The producer hasn\u2019t announced a tour in support of the new album, but he will appear at several festivals this spring and summer, including California\u2019s Lightning In A Bottle in May and Spain\u2019s Mad Cool 2020 in July. Tickets are on sale<\/a> now.<\/p>\n
