The explosions were coming every 20 minutes with shooting in between. She felt it was not coming from the nearby shooting range, but from inside someone\u2019s home.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9:08 p.m.<\/strong> A motorcycle traveling along Highway 40 passed an officer at milepost 228 at speeds near 100 mph.
