I sent a letter was printed May 31.<\/p>\n<p>After all of the uproar over the murals, I can\u2019t help but wonder if the town board of directors or the chamber board of directors ever considered the potential of controversy. Surely they should have.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, the art is provocative because it is so loud, it is so big, it cannot be ignored. Is it the town\u2019s role to provoke? This town project has caused unnecessary division in Granby. We were blindsided, no public input was sought.<\/p>\n<p>I doubt that Mural Festival will happen again, I hope it won\u2019t.
