The point is, we all suffer a little. Some of us suffer a lot. But the silver lining of that cloud, as Sugarland\u2019s Kristian Bush put it, is that you are never alone in that.<\/p>\n

Bush and Nettles have talked about the song before, when their Bigger<\/em> album was released last summer. Bush recalled how the idea for the song hit him when he was waiting for Nettles outside of his hotel in New York City. \u201cY\u2019all are really alone in a place that\u2019s really big,\u201d he\u2019d said he was thinking. \u201cI wondered, especially with the climate of \u2019everyone must hide,\u2019 and they feel like their feelings and their stance must be quiet so they don\u2019t ruffle feathers.\u201d And then, this song \u2014 about tell me I am not the only one here feeling lonely<\/em> and silent voices I\u2019ve never heard all waiting to say the words<\/em> \u2014 was born.<\/p>\n
