So he cut right to the chase: he was looking for a house band for his Comedy Central <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cc.com\/shows\/lights-out-with-david-spade\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">show<\/a> <em>Lights Out.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>(And you know that Spade\u2019s not being serious taking down their names, because in 2014, he and DeMarcus worked on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxsports.com\/presspass\/latest-news\/2014\/08\/20\/fantasy-football-uncensored-with-david-spade-jay-glazer-premieres-823-on-fox-sports-1\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">sports<\/a> show called <em>Fantasy Football Uncensored<\/em>.)<\/p>\n<p>But back to the interview.<\/p>\n<p>The job description, as Spade explained, is for the chosen band to arrive by 5:00 am for the 3:30 pm taping of the show, play a couple toe-tappers when he walks out, and then get paid in either cash, PayPal or corn dogs.<\/p>\n<p>Spade also asks other hard-hitting questions like, why did Guy Fieri leave the band and how would they protect Spade in the event of an earthquake?<\/p>\n<p>But no matter what the band says, Spade is visibly unimpressed. Until he tells them that some nights, his show may have about 70 to 80 people in the audience. So he asks, what\u2019s the most seats you guys have played?<\/p>\n<p>They tell him 48,000, give or take a few.<\/p>\n<p>Cue the mic drop.<\/p>\n<div class=\"author\">\n<div class=\"description\">Alison makes her living loving country music.
