No age, skill level or disability will prevent members from getting healthy with the help of a knowledgeable and compassionate staff.

Those personal connections are just one of the reasons the gym was named best fitness center in the county.

“We want people to feel better when they leave here than when they walked in,” said owner Jackie Wright.

Though the gym is small by industry standards, it has all the same features as a metropolitan fitness center, just at a smaller scale, Wright said.

The floor is stocked with the latest and greatest fitness machines, as well as gym staples like treadmills and stationary bikes. The fitness center also offers 30 different small-group classes, personal training and nutrition assistance.

“This is a coaching business, it is personal,” Wright said. “It allows us a lot of connection and we really get to know each of those people, their limitations and goals, and then we’re able to address it even in a group.”

Beyond traditional clients, Wright works with the hospital to help patients going through physical therapy heal and gain strength.
