The development features 12 units \u2014 one studio and 11 one-bedroom apartments.<\/p>\n<p>Each unit comes with a full bathroom and kitchen, washer and dryer, and one dedicated parking space in the parking lot directly east of the building. One-bedroom units are around 800 square feet, while the studio is 415 square feet.<\/p>\n<p>Rent for one-bedroom units is $1,750 a month and $1,200 for the studio plus utilities. The complex does not allow smoking or pets.<\/p>\n<p>As of Sunday afternoon, all of the units were available.
