The animal appeared calm on Sunday and could be seen munching on trees in the area, which is near U.S. National Forest land.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUnless it starts to harm itself or anything like that, then we\u2019re really just going to leave it there because it\u2019s too dangerous to try to force it to do something that it doesn\u2019t want to, when it\u2019s not being injured,\u201d Alvarado said. \u201cIf (Colorado Parks &amp; Wildlife) believes that it\u2019s really not a hazard or anything like that, then they\u2019re just going to let it be, for now.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.skyhinews.com\/news\/officials-on-moose-hanging-out-along-i-70-near-vail-just-going-to-let-it-be-for-now\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">via:: Sky-Hi News<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A moose near the mile marker 171 exit Sunday on eastbound I-70 in Dowd Junction.
