More is expected this week.<\/strong><br \/><em>Courtesy Winter Park Resort<\/em><\/figcaption><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>After a few dry, bluebird days, snow is returning to Grand County starting Sunday and carrying through Tuesday, according to the latest weather predictions.<\/p>\n<p>The National Weather Service has parts of Grand County, including Winter Park and Berthoud Pass, on a winter weather advisory until 8 p.m. Sunday. The advisory predicts 3-6 inches of snow, creating slippery road conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Then Sunday night is expected to be dry before the next storm moves in on Monday, according to OpenSnow.com.<\/p>\n<p>Snow should begin again Monday morning through Tuesday night, with similar accumulations of 3-6 inches expected.<\/p>\n<p>As of Sunday morning, the Colorado Avalanche Information Center rated avalanche danger in the Front Range mountains at moderate.<\/p>\n<p>So far this season, Winter Park Resort has recorded 283 inches of snowfall and the base sits at a healthy 76 inches.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.skyhinews.com\/news\/early-week-storms-could-bring-up-to-foot-of-snow-to-grand\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">via:: Sky-Hi News<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Snow flies at Winter Park Resort this October.
