Now more than perhaps any other time in recent history, hearing from local health care leaders on a daily basis has become imperative to community health and well-being.<\/p>\n

Tiffany Freitag has risen to meet the challenge brought on by coronavirus. As the director of community relations and public information officer for Middle Park Health, Freitag has been the vital link between medical professionals and the Grand County community during the COVID-19 crisis.<\/p>\n

Originally from Minnesota, Freitag and her family have called Kremmling home for more than five years. During that time, she\u2019s contributed to the growth and expansion of Middle Park Health\u2019s services and facilities \u2014 including the opening of MPH\u2019s Wellness Center in Kremmling.<\/p>\n
