Life was good last weekend. All the country stars we know and love seemed to be celebrating something: their holiday spirit, their families, their lives, their anniversary and\/or their Grammy nominations from last week. (Like Maren Morris<\/a>. She realized that she isn\u2019t too this or not enough that, she is just right.)<\/p>\n

Also, Brett Eldredge<\/a> took his mom to Chicago\u2019s iciest tourist attraction. Jake Owen<\/a> had his day made when someone captured his little sideman \u2014 his daughter Pearl \u2014 playing along at one of his shows. Tim McGraw<\/a> celebated his tiny but strong 17 year old. Thomas Rhett<\/a> took his family to where the air is sweet. Old Dominion<\/a> had a chance to be literally written in the stars. Kacey Musgraves<\/a> let herself fall into a trippy palette in SoHo. Brad Paisley<\/a> helped his hidden elves reel in some bass. Shania Twain<\/a> eyed her Jenga possiblities at her game night. Kane Brown<\/a> swept a little fan off her feet when she held up a Hug Me sign at his show. Cole Swindell<\/a> shared the best advice he\u2019d ever heard. And Luke Bryan<\/a> and his wife Caroline went day drinking to celebrate their 12th anniversary.<\/p>\n

plenty said \u201cyou\u2019re too country.\u201d plenty said \u201cyou ain\u2019t country enough.\u201d guess what? both were wrong.<\/p>\n
