But there are also moments of fellowship, faith, support, adventure and possibility. Then there\u2019s all that self-care and grooming.<\/p>\n<p>The video\u2019s realism is compounded by the song\u2019s introspective message that challenges the inner critic inside us all. Morris co-wrote the song with Sarah Aarons (\u201cThe Middle,\u201d Zedd\/Maren Morris\/Grey), along with Grammy-winning Greg Kurstin (Adele, Sia),<\/p>\n<p>Morris sings, \u201cMan, this [expletive] unflatterin\u2019 \/ All up in my head again \/ I don\u2019t feel myself right now \/ Maybe I should just lay down \/ If vanity\u2019s my vitamin \/ Well, I don\u2019t feel the difference \/ I don\u2019t like myself right now \/ Gotta find a way out.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat you feel is natural \/ But I don\u2019t wanna feel this anymore \/ Pick yourself up off the kitchen floor \/ What you waitin\u2019 for?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Following a resounding chorus that puts faith in the belief that everything is going to be OK, Morris turns that self-criticism outwards.<\/p>\n<p>She sings, \u201cDraw your comparisons \/ Tryin\u2019 to find who\u2019s lesser than \/ I don\u2019t wanna wear your crown \/ There\u2019s enough to go around.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Morris\u2019 Girl: The World tour launches March 9 in Chicago, Ill.
