Nuggets forward Mason Plumlee was fined $25,00 and Jazz forward Derrick Favors was fined $15,000 for their role in the incident. Video review showed Favors instigated the altercation.<\/p>\n<p>Jokic will miss Friday&#8217;s game against the Suns and should be back Saturday against the 76ers.<\/p>\n<p>The Nuggets were caught by surprise\u00a0with the NBA&#8217;s ruling.
