The \u201890s country singer revealed the diagnosis via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/dougsupernawofficial\/posts\/601139520329446?__tn__=-R\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Facebook<\/a> on Saturday (Feb. 2).<\/p>\n<p>Supernaw was admitted to a Houston hospital on Jan. 25 where tests confirmed several masses were in his lungs, lymph nodes, bones and bladder.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt this time, Doug remains in the hospital, awaiting more testing, while determining a treatment path,\u201d the Facebook statement reads. \u201cWe would like to thank Doug\u2019s amazing medical team for working so diligently in both the care and treatment of our beloved Doug. We would also like to thank both our friends, and [an] amazing fan base for the so many heartfelt prayers during this difficult time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Supernaw is best known for his top \u201890s hits \u201cI Don\u2019t Call Him Daddy\u201d and \u201cNot Enough Hours in the Night.\u201d He\u2019s released three full-length studio albums including his breakout collections, 1993\u2019s <em>Red and Rio Grande<\/em> and 1994\u2019s <em>Deep Thoughts from a Shallow Mind<\/em>.
