Collecting the nominees can be a tasking endeavor, but not including all nominees makes it a bit of a farce. If it were printed, I\u2019d understand only including the top six that collected multiple nominations. However, it\u2019s an online nomination and ballot process. When you ask the public for their input, it\u2019s expected that said input is considered. I\u2019d suggest not limiting the nominees and putting a limit on the number of times a person can vote. This will help prevent the ballot\/nominee stuffing that seems to occur year after year.
