I do this not specifically because of a policy agenda or position, but because I\u2019ve called Dave a friend literally since kindergarten. I\u2019m embarrassed to admit that adds up to about 50 years. We now live in neighboring valleys in the Holy Cross service area and share many of the same concerns as citizens and parents of school-age children.<br \/>Like me, Dave is a big fan of clean, renewable energy, but that\u2019s not his sole focus. He brings a practical, business-like view to every issue and, for example, feels strongly about improving the Holy Cross grid for transmission efficiency and resilience to wildfire (take note, Basalt residents!).<br \/>David Campbell is smart, honest, respectful and creative. He\u2019ll make an excellent Holy Cross board member.
