It\u2019s fun to travel, but there\u2019s a lot of preparing and cleanup before we go and do an event and a lot after.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">The Texas Twister booth will squeeze out approximately 904 oranges, 920 lemons and 1,050 limes over the course of the weekend.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u201cIt\u2019s just a family environment. The drink is a family-friendly drink and that\u2019s what keeps us coming back there. \u2026It\u2019s a family event and we just love it,\u201d Dwight said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">This weekend also marks Alex Ballas\u2019 31st trip to the Strawberry Days Festival.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">The head chef of Dionysos Greek Foods said he learned to prepare a healthy portion of his menu items, such as its Greek salad, from his father who moved to the U.S. from Greece.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u201cI learned from my father and then went to cooking school and became a chef,\u201d Ballas said. \u201cI followed in his footsteps and it\u2019s been a family passion.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Ballas looked forward to preparing traditional lamb and beef gyros with a sauce comprised of Greek yogurt, spices, garlic, cucumber and more.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u201cTo me that is the quintessential sandwich that people can have,\u201d Ballas explained.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u201cI\u2019m looking forward to Saturday night when everyone is having fun, the music is going and I\u2019ve seen all the people that I love to see \u2014 my favorite customers.
