Meaning, she could be just another local, or Kama\u2019aina.<\/p>\n<p>Or maybe it seems that way because when she was there in Maui, she\u2019d tweeted about it and sounded like she\u2019d fallen for the island.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\" xml:lang=\"en\">Had the best heart to hearts with my love, shot a music video on real film, filled my songwriting idea well, and still had clear skin after a week of drinking Painkillers\u2026? Which makes sense, considering how the song is all about the bones or foundation of a relationship. As in, <em>When the bones are good, the rest don\u2019t matter\/Yeah, the paint could peel, the glass could shatter\/Let it rain, \u2019cause you and I remain the same.<\/em> Morris co-wrote the ballad with Jimmy Robbins and Laura Veltz.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Bones,\u201d directed by Alex Ferrari, was the kind of video shoot that\u2019s worth the extra work. Morris admitted as much on Instagram, saying that the road to Hana was beautiful but a hell of a trek. \u201cKind of like the most meaningful &amp; lasting human relationships we get to have. This is our journey on film for \u2019The Bones\u2019 directed by our friend and Maui aficionado @AlexMFerrari.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Morris next tour stop is at the Nebraska State Fair on Aug. 30.<\/p>\n<div class=\"author\">\n<div class=\"description\">Alison makes her living loving country music.
