Vince Gill<\/a> has never been a stranger to the Grand Ole Opry ever since his 1991 induction, and now he\u2019s encouraging the newest members to follow suit.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just try to encourage all of them,\u201d he tells CMT.com. \u201cI say, \u2018If you\u2019ll invest in this place and the people there, it\u2019ll last way longer than your career will, in a sense. You\u2019re going to have a hot streak, then it\u2019s going to cool off. You might have another one, but you might not.\u2019 I tell them also, \u2018Don\u2019t come here when nothing else is going on. When you\u2019re really killing it, when you\u2019re doing great, the place will benefit because you come.\u2019 And it does.\u201d<\/p>\n
