First up was Linda Ronstadt. <\/p>\n<p>Don Henley, himself a 2016 Kennedy Center honoree, was on hand to present Ronstadt with the award. Only he wasn\u2019t there to f\u00eate Ronstadt. He was ready with a tribute to honoree <em>Sesame Street<\/em>. He greeted Elmo first, then talked about what it\u2019s like being on the road when he\u2019s on tour, and how there\u2019s no street quite like Sesame Street.
