To think that if you indulge in too many eggnogs and cocktail wieners and rumakis and cocoa truffles and peppermint bark \u2014 basically my steady diet for the next week \u2014 you\u2019re doing something wrong? That you are, in fact, a cheater?<\/p>\n<p>Carrie Underwood says no way. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t like to call them \u2018cheat days.\u2019 You\u2019re just enjoying life,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/parents\/carrie-underwood-body-after-baby-took-a-minute-frustrating\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Underwood told<\/a> <em>People<\/em>. \u201cI feel like holiday time can be stressful when it comes to health and fitness, but it doesn\u2019t have to be. You can just say, \u2018I\u2019m going to enjoy myself on the holidays.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She prefers to think of it as just indulging responsibly. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s all about friends and family and food and parties, and indulging responsibly. And when New Year\u2019s is over, get back on the horse. It\u2019s like, \u2018Okay, I\u2019ve had my holiday fun. Now it\u2019s time to get back on my path.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This holiday season, Underwood will be on the road. But with her husband and their two boys instead of her band. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s a lot of travel, but that\u2019s kind of our tradition because we don\u2019t have any family that actually lives near us, so it\u2019s just go, go, go,\u201d Underwood shared.<\/p>\n<div class=\"author\">\n<div class=\"description\"> Alison makes her living loving country music.
