It\u2019s always nice to hear about Keith Urban from the people who know the most about Keith Urban. <\/p>\n

Like his wife, Nicole Kidman. <\/p>\n

In a new interview<\/a> with the Wall Street Journal<\/em>, Kidman opened up about her work, Urban\u2019s work, and how they make it all work at home. <\/p>\n

She even goes all the way back to 2005, to the moment they met and then the motorcycle date in Woodstock, New York that sealed the deal. Kidman admits she fell for Urban during a ride on his Harley-Davidson. \u201cI was a goner,\u201d Kidman said, \u201cI mean, c\u2019mon.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another thing she loves about Urban? \u201cHe\u2019s pretty much the flip side of neurotic,\u201d she said, calling him her mellow muso. That, and it sounds like Urban just gets her, even when she\u2019s what she calls just a bit daydreamer-y. \u201cKeith will say, \u2018What are you thinking?\u2019 And I\u2019ll say, \u2018Oh, I just went away for an hour, I\u2019m not sure where I went, but boy, it was a great journey,’\u201d she added. <\/p>\n

And as for the life they live at home in Nashville? That sounds pretty ordinary. In the best way. Like so many families striving for the right work-family balance, Kidman and Urban make their two young daughters Sunday and Faith their No. 1 priority. Kidman shared that they do that by taking into consideration everyone\u2019s schedules. \u201cWe have a system worked out to keep the family together. When Keith\u2019s not touring, it\u2019s much easier. He\u2019ll be on tour next year, and then I just don\u2019t work as much. Literally,\u201d she said, \u201cit will become imbalanced, and we will change it. <\/p>\n

\u201cWe don\u2019t have the answers, but the one thing we do know is that we will not jeopardize us.\u201d <\/p>\n
