This\u00a0<strong>Kit-Kat Sandwich<\/strong> is being served at First Kitchen, a Japanese fast food chain with 100+ locations across the region.<\/p>\n<p>While we&#8217;ve certainly scene some stoner-inspired Kit-Kat sandwiches out of various home kitchens over the years we&#8217;ve never seen a fast food chain embrace the ridiculousness like this.
