So is it this behavior that keeps us healthy? One group that specializes in the \u201chuman-animal health connection\u201d and has found many instances of dogs improving the well-being of people. I love to cuddle and play with people, cats, and some other dogs. Here at the shelter I have been good with puppies, and most other dogs, playing all day in the outside pens. I have high energy, and am very smiley and goofy.
