23 Bands have been announced for this year’s\u00a02000 Trees Festival<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You Me At Six\u00a0<\/strong>will appear as Saturday’s mainstage headliners, marking their first appearance at the event.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“We’re really looking forward to headlining 2000trees Festival this summer,”<\/em> they commented.<\/p>\n

“We\u2019ve heard many amazing things about the festival, in particular it\u2019s unrivalled atmosphere and location. The lineup is always superb, so it’s going to be a pleasure to be a part of things this year. It’s going to be a special show.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Also on the bill are While She Sleeps<\/strong>, Every Time I Die<\/strong> (performing ‘Hot Damn!’ in full, plus the hits), Frank Iero And The Future Violents<\/strong>, aaaaaaaand all of these folks:<\/p>\n

“‘Hot Damn! has always been the one that put us on people\u2019s radars and it was the one that was out the first time we came to the UK, so that\u2019s a nice little throwback,”\u00a0<\/em>commented Every Time I Die frontman Keith Buckley.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“When festivals are able to do something like this and get such a diverse lineup and secure a venue outdoors, it feels like something big. When you\u2019re going to one of these as a fan of music and your whole surroundings feel so much larger than life it makes you want to enjoy the music. It make you really open to hearing new bands. You\u2019re going to need these festivals, whether it\u2019s to feed a fanbase or to make one. So I think it\u2019s extremely important for the scene.”<\/em><\/p>\n

This year’s event will take place at Cheltenham’s Upcote Farm from 11 – 13 July.<\/p>\n
