They used a Flight For Life helicopter to reach the man and tried to provide advanced life support but were not able to save him.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">He was pronounced deceased at the scene and his body flown to St. Anthony Summit Medical Center in Frisco.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">According to the rescue group, he was skiing with a companion and the companion was flown to the incident command post at Blue Lakes Road and Highway 9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">This is the second death on Quandary peak in the last six months.
