Through the foundation&#8217;s grant processes, the following organizations were awarded:<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u2022 Keystone Policy Center \u2014 $10,000 to support the Colorado High Country Sustainability Collaborative<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u2022 Summit County Mountain Mentors \u2014 $10,000 toward their mentoring program<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u2022 Lake County Build a Generation \u2014 $75,000 in general operating support<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u2022 YouthPower365 \u2014 $30,000 over three years to support the PwrHrs extended learning program<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u2022 Mountain Valley Health Centers \u2014 $25,000 for the new Basalt Integrated Health Center<\/p>\n<div id=\"single-mid-script\" class=\"p402_hide\">\n<h2>Recommended Stories For You<\/h2>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u2022 Mountain Valley Horse Rescue \u2014 $25,000 for the direct care of equines<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u2022 Eagle Valley Land Trust \u2014 $5,000 in general operating support<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u2022 Eagle County Historical Society \u2014 $5,000 to preserve the Hannewald Barn<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u2022 Advocates for Victims of Assault, Inc.\u2014$2,500 in general operating support<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u2022 Catholic Health Initiatives of Colorado Foundation\u2014$2,500 to support home health and hospice services<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">El Pomar Foundation was founded by Spencer and Julie Penrose in 1937. In an effort to increase the impact and connections across the state, a Regional Partnerships program was established in 2003, and each of the foundation&#8217;s 11 regional councils advises El Pomar Trustees and recommends grants to help support the community.
