Ariana Grande<\/a> and her female posse indulge in the good life in her new \u201c7 Rings\u201d video. The song will appear on her forthcoming Thank U, Next<\/em> LP.<\/p>\n

In the Hannah Lux Davis-directed clip, Grande opens the song with a sing-song riff on the Sound of Music<\/em> classic, \u201cMy Favorite Things.\u201d In Grande\u2019s rendition, her crew\u2019s faves include diamonds, bubbly and breakfast at Tiffany\u2019s. \u201cWho woulda thought it\u2019d turn me into a savage\/Rather be tied up with calls and not strings,\u201d she sings. \u201cWrite my own checks and I write what I sing.\u201d<\/p>\n

Grande is seen grooving inside a futuristic, neon-lit house where the champagne is flowing and slinking across a kitchen counter. It culminates in the group striking stylish poses on the front lawn.<\/p>\n

The song\u2019s arrangement takes an upbeat, bouncy turn that highlights having the means and independence to go for what they want. \u201cI see it, I like it, I want it, I got it,\u201d Grande affirms. \u201cWearing a ring but not \u2019cause I\u2019m no Mrs.\/Bought matching diamonds for six of my bitches\/I\u2019d rather spoil my friends with my riches.\u201d<\/p>\n

The song follows previously released LP cuts \u201cImagine<\/a>\u201d and the title track<\/a>. Grande is tapped to headline Coachella<\/a> in April, alongside Childish Gambino and Tame Impala.<\/p>\n
