{"id":792513,"date":"2019-01-29T18:08:00","date_gmt":"2019-01-30T01:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.summitdaily.com\/news\/frisco-set-to-open-marina-bond-sales-on-feb-6\/"},"modified":"2019-01-29T18:08:00","modified_gmt":"2019-01-30T01:08:00","slug":"frisco-set-to-open-marina-bond-sales-on-feb-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alwaysmountaintime.com\/ksmt\/local-news\/frisco-set-to-open-marina-bond-sales-on-feb-6\/","title":{"rendered":"Frisco set to open marina bond sales on Feb. 6"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">The town of Frisco is set to begin selling it&#8217;s marina enterprise revenue bonds in early February, a project the town hopes will help raise up to $6 million to fund capital projects at the Frisco Bay Marina.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Earlier this month the town passed an ordinance authorizing the issuance of up to $6 million in bonds for improvements in the Frisco Bay Marina Master Plan \u2014 including the &#8220;Big Dig&#8221; and a new office building on site.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">The town will begin selling bonds on Feb. 6 in minimum denominations of $25,000. Marketing for the bonds has already begun, with informational packets going out to potential investors.
