Denied bail, he has spent the ensuing months in custody, and reports from his lawyer at the time, Lance Lazzaro, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/tekashi-6ix9ines-lawyer-statement-innocent-of-all-charges-759228\/\">proclaimed his innocence<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This week, though, three of Hernandez\u2019 associates and alleged gang members involved in his racketeering case were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2019\/01\/30\/tekashi69-6ix9ine-associates-federal-indictment-chief-keef-shooting\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">indicted<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mercurynews.com\/2019\/01\/30\/tekashi-6ix9ine-may-be-cooperating-with-feds-after-all-report-says\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">reports surfaced<\/a> that Hernandez was potentially cooperating with the prosecution in some capacity.
