Only nine categories will be given out on air, though the Recording Academy announced a slew of winners prior to the televised show.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s ceremony featured Alicia Keys hosting the ceremony for the first-time, with performances by Cardi B, Post Malone, Kacey Musgraves, H.E.R. and Camila Cabello, among many others.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s a full list of this year\u2019s 2019 Grammy Winners.\u00a0<em>Rolling Stone<\/em>\u00a0will be updating this list as awards come in.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Best Comedy Album:\u00a0<\/strong><em>Equanimity &amp;
