Lady Gaga<\/a> and Mark Ronson<\/a> stole the Grammy Awards show with a rocked-up performance of their\u00a0A Star Is Born<\/em> breakout hit \u201cShallow.\u201d The track was up for four awards at tonight\u2019s ceremony, including nods in Song of the Year and Record of the Year.<\/p>\n

Gaga ditched her\u00a0A Star Is Born<\/em> persona for her more rock star-esque, future-pop aesthetic. In a bedazzled jumpsuit, she slinked across the stage like Ziggy Stardust-era David Bowie. With her co-star Bradley Cooper absent, she sang both starts and vamped up the mid-tempo power ballad as Ronson strummed the acoustic guitar beside her and alongside a full rock band.<\/p>\n

Prior to the Grammys, \u201cShallow\u201d took home Best Original Song at the Golden Globes. It is also up for Best Original Song at the Academy Awards, where Gaga is also a top contender for Best Actress. She will perform the song at the Oscars with co-star and director Bradley Cooper. Alongside their four nominations for \u201cShallow,\u201d Ronson and Gaga are also up for Best Pop Solo Performance for the stripped down version of the\u00a0Joanne<\/em> title track.<\/p>\n

Gaga has won six Grammy Awards throughout her career, with the most recent being in 2015 for her collaborative album with Tony Bennett,\u00a0Cheek to Cheek<\/em>. Ronson has won five awards throughout his career, including two Record of the Year nominations for Amy Winehouse\u2019s \u201cRehab\u201d and the Bruno Mars collaboration \u201cUptown Funk.\u201d<\/p>\n
