{"id":792995,"date":"2019-02-12T19:45:07","date_gmt":"2019-02-13T02:45:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/?p=794114"},"modified":"2019-02-12T19:45:07","modified_gmt":"2019-02-13T02:45:07","slug":"ozzy-osbourne-recovering-at-home-after-hospitalization","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alwaysmountaintime.com\/ksmt\/music-news\/ozzy-osbourne-recovering-at-home-after-hospitalization\/","title":{"rendered":"Ozzy Osbourne Recovering at Home After Hospitalization"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/shutterstock_9708981ar.jpg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted\"\/><\/div>\n<p class=\"p1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/ozzy-osbourne\/\" id=\"auto-tag_ozzy-osbourne\" data-tag=\"ozzy-osbourne\">Ozzy Osbourne<\/a> is in good health and recovering at home after being released from a Los Angeles hospital, Sharon Osbourne said on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbspressexpress.com\/cbs-entertainment\/shows\/the-talk\/video?watch=8kgh5sfq3m&amp;show=the-talk\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"><em>The Talk<\/em><\/a> Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Last month, Osbourne was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/ozzy-osbourne-postpones-european-leg-of-tour-due-to-illness-786280\/\">forced to postpone<\/a> the U.K. and European leg of his No More Tours 2 Tour trek after he came down with the flu. The musician was then diagnosed with an upper-respiratory infection that could\u2019ve developed into pneumonia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">On <em>The Talk<\/em>, Sharon Osbourne said Ozzy was \u201cout of ICU\u201d and \u201cbreathing on his own.\u201d She continued, \u201cHe\u2019s doing good, he really is. And I just want to say a huge thank you to everybody that has reached out with good wishes. He\u2019s overcome by the response that he\u2019s had and it just makes him, it\u2019s kind of bittersweet because he\u2019s so overwhelmed with it but he\u2019s sad, too.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Osbourne is expected to reschedule his European tour for later this fall. In a statement, he urged fans to hold on to their tickets as they would be honored at the new dates, though refunds were also made available. The cancellation came just months after Osbourne was forced to postpone a number of U.S. shows after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/ozzy-osbourne-cancels-remainder-of-north-american-tour-736449\/\">contracting a staph infection<\/a> last October.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Osbourne is set to resume touring in March with a handful of dates in Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
