It\u2019s a little confusing, but <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/migos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Migos<\/a> and Mustard are agents of subverted expectations.<\/p>\n<p>The Colin Tilley-directed visual is built on various set pieces that never fully coalesce, but look cool enough to, you know, be a music video. It features beautiful women throwing paint balloons at each other, while the Migos and Mustard do that weird swaying thing as they perform to the camera. If that doesn\u2019t seem enticing, there is also Mustard standing on a forklift as Quavo raps in the world\u2019s longest jacket, Offset stands on a dirty boat and Takeoff performs in front of an old-timey fire truck.<\/p>\n<p>Sonically, \u201cPure Water\u201d is one of the year\u2019s best Migos\u2019 moments (behind <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-album-reviews\/offset-father-of-4-review-799031\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Offset\u2019s stellar solo album<\/a>).
