Tame Impala<\/a> is set to make their Saturday Night Live<\/em><\/a> debut as musical guests on the NBC series March 30th. The psych-rock band will be joined by Killing Eve<\/em> star Sandra Oh, who will make her hosting debut that night.<\/p>\n

Tame Impala is set to have a busy year, headlining this year\u2019s Coachella in April<\/a> and playing a handful of festivals and U.S. headlining shows.<\/p>\n

The Australian rockers dropped their last album Currents<\/em> in 2015, but frontman Kevin Parker has kept busy, remixing Miguel\u2019s<\/a> track \u201cWaves\u201d on his EP Rogue Waves<\/em> in 2016 and collaborating with Lady Gaga<\/a> on her 2016 album Joanne<\/em>. Parker assisted on the album\u2019s lead single \u201cPerfect Illusion\u201d alongside Gaga, Mark Ronson and BloodPop.<\/a><\/p>\n

In October 2018, Travis Scott recruited Parker and John Mayer to form an unlikely supergroup<\/a> for his SNL<\/em><\/a> performance of \u201cSkeletons\u201d and \u201cAstrothunder.\u201d<\/p>\n

Following SNL<\/em>\u2018s tweet about the band\u2019s appearance on the show, Tame Impala shared an Instagram video from the studio teasing new music.<\/p>\n
