The program includes Brahms\u2019 \u201cPiano Quintet,\u201d \u201cPiano Concerto K.414\u201d by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Piazzolla\u2019s \u201cLibertango.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Since making her stage debut at age 4, Chinese pianist Hsing-ay Hsu has performed at such notable venues as Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center and abroad in Asia and Europe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">A versatile concerto soloist, she was named a U.S. Presidential Scholar of the Arts by President Clinton at the White House and a \u201c2011 Pathmaker\u201d by Denver Post. Hsu is the artistic director for Pendulum New Music Series at the University of Colorado Boulder. An active educator, teacher with prize-winning students, speaker and adjudicator, her teaching honors include the 2010 NFMC Ouida Keck Award and The Washington Post described her as full of \u201cpower, authority and self-assurance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Deriving their name from the Olympic motto \u201cCitius, Altius, Fortius,\u201d Latin for \u201cFaster, Higher, Stronger,\u201d the Altius Quarter strives to communicate art to a more diverse audience through community engagement and innovative repertoire. They recently released their second album, \u201cShostakovich\u2019s String Quartets 7, 8, &amp; 9.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">The concert begins at 4 p.m. at Dillon Community Church, 371 E.
